Read how to use it on their site .Essentially helps to identify latency/lag in your hardware system (ie. not your network ).

GBoost (http://www.gzero.com/gboost/home.html) close unnecessary services. It is like Game Booster. (Game booster now has two versions, a free one and a payed for premium version. GBoost is free. For now. Seems to work well.
