Added DPC Latency Checker to utilities .
Thesycon’s DPC Latency Checker is a Windows tool that analyses the capabilities of a computer system to handle real-time data streams properly. It may help to find the cause for interruptions in real-time audio and video streams, also known as drop-outs. The program supports Windows 7, Windows 7 x64, Windows Vista, Windows Vista x64, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 x64, Windows XP, Windows XP x64, Windows 2000.
Read how to use it on their site .Essentially helps to identify latency/lag in your hardware system (ie. not your network ).
ps . Put what the site/owners say about its/their app on their download site in quotes . Should I do the same for all the other links to distinguish ??? Have any of you got anything useful from the Apps , Tips, Tricks and Useful Information (http://forums.ohmystrogg.com/Apps%20,%20Tips,%20Tricks%20and%20Useful%20Informa tion) thread ?

GBoost (http://www.gzero.com/gboost/home.html) close unnecessary services. It is like Game Booster. (Game booster now has two versions, a free one and a payed for premium version. GBoost is free. For now. Seems to work well.
Added SlimDrivers (http://www.driverupdate.net/) , Scan Your PC for missing, broken or out-of-date drivers.
