MouseWheel-Skipping workarround (fix) for Patch v1.4

Had plans to re-install the fuckin' game coz I thought no1 was taking my mouse-issue serious enough.
Switching weapon on default keys by the mouse-wheel or pressing mouse-wheel for quick-chat like I Don't Care was crap after patch 1.4 for obvious only me??
Nevertheless it wasn't only in my mind...
Found a thread that hopefully will solve my problem with the mouse and as I write this I didn't tried it out yet coz I'm on my laptop now.

basically when trieb scrolled thru his weapons it skipped loads and wasnt very useful

Well i sat here infront of my pc for a good 20 mins trying to get on the server lol, so i remebered reading this post and i sat there watching waiting hoping that my mouse was as uber leet and would skip.
Eventually i gave up on both server and my mouse relising that only uber players like trieb have skipping mice.
